AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Taxis are available in front of the hotel and along our 6th Street exit. If you require a time call or a specific taxi company, please contact our Front Office who will assist you with the necessary arrangements.

ATMs
An ATM is located in our Lobby (24/7 accessibility) and in the Red Fox Pub.

BABY SITTING SERVICES
Our Guest Services Agents will assist with referrals to accredited child care agencies.

BELL SERVICE
Porterage service is available via Bellstaff daily between the hours of 7:00AM – 11:00PM. Located on the lobby level, our Bellstaff will be pleased to assist with all your porterage needs including baggage storage.

BUSINESS SERVICES
A CPU and printer are located in an office on the Lobby level; available for registered hotel guest usage between the hours of 7:00AM and 11:00PM. A 2nd computer is available for Internet access in the Lobby. Guest Services (the front office) will assist with your needs for fax and photocopying.

An onsite independent copier service, Copy Solutions is available during regular business hours through Copy Solutions is located at the 6th Street entrance into the Hotel. Referrals for word-processing upon request

CANCELLATIONS
The Ramada Hotel Downtown Calgary has a standard cancellation policy of 4:00PM on the day of arrival. A 72 hour cancellation policy is imposed during peak travel periods including, but not limited to, June Oil Show dates and during the Calgary Stampede. Advance purchase sell plans are non refundable unless otherwise noted in terms of booking at time of reservation. Negotiated group contracts, including FIT travel are subject to 30 and 60 day cancellation policies. Our reservations agent will confirm your cancellation policy at the time of booking. Unless otherwise instructed, a 1 night charge will be imposed for late cancellation and/or for failure to show while the Hotel holds a guaranteed reservation.

CAR RENTALS
Car rental agencies are conveniently located in the downtown. Our Guest Service Agents will be happy to assist in arranging a vehicle for you should you so desire. CHECK – IN & CHECK – OUT TIMES
Check–in time is 3:00PM. Should your arrival be earlier in the day, and your room type of choice is available, we will allocate a room to you at that time. Check – out time is at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If you require an extension, please contact the Front Desk on the day of departure. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and are pleased to offer complimentary luggage storage.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUT
On the night prior to your check-out, a copy of your bill will be placed under your door if there is a credit card on your account. Your signed express check-out slip and keycard may be dropped in either the lobby or parkade express boxes prior to departure.

Our Guest Service Agents are equipped with locations and service times closest to the hotel.

EXECUTIVE LEVELS
The rooms on the Executive Floors (3, 7, 8 and 9) are appointed with upgraded amenities including terry-cloth bathrobes and turn down service. For more information, please contact the Front Desk or Reservations.

A Hair Salon is located on site.

Services are available through Guest Services (Front Desk).

FOREIGN EXCHANGE CURRENCY
The Front Desk is available to convert US dollars to Canadian Dollars at competitive rates. Guests wishing to exchange larger amounts are best served by area banks who will offer exact exchange rates daily.

EXERCISE ROOM
Located on the 2nd Level, keycard entry will allow access daily on a 24 hour basis.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT
The Housekeeping Department extends a warm welcome and endeavors always to make your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Guest rooms are serviced from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday. During these hours, room attendants will enter each room needing service. Night service may be arranged until 10:00 p.m. A “do not disturb” card is available for the doorknob. Outside of housekeeping hours, the Front Desk will do their very best to accommodate any special request you may have.

Housekeeping will be pleased to help if you require towels, humidifiers, ionizers, Iron and ironing boards, blankets, pillows, playpens or cots are located in each guest room.

A guest directory including our room service menu and stationary are found in-room.

ICE MACHINES
Ice is available on each floor between the elevators with the exception of the 4th floor.

MAPS
The in-room Where Calgary magazine offers useful maps to help with your Calgary navigation. Maps for driving, walking, cycling and jogging are also available at the Front Office

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
Laundry and dry cleaning is available for the same day and overnight. The hours for pick-up are on the laundry form which is located with the bag in your dresser. Please contact the Front Office for pick up or leave with the Bellperson in the lobby.
There is a Coin Laundry (one washer, one dryer) located inside the Exercise Room on the 2nd floor. Laundry soap and change is available at the Front Desk.

LOST AND FOUND
Inquiries regarding lost and found items will be handled promptly. Please contact our Hotel Operator for assistance.

MAIL AND COURIER SERVICES
Postage is available in the Shefield and Sons Gift Shop. Courier Services can be arranged with the assistance of our Front Desk.

PARKING
The Ramada Hotel has underground valet parking. Height restrictions apply. Propane vehicles are not accepted. There are many self parking alternatives in the neighborhood; please enquire with the Front Desk. Fee applies.

To call for your vehicle, press “parkade” on your guest room phone and the attendant will endeavor to have your vehicle ready by the time you enter the parkade.

PET FRIENDLY
The Ramada Hotel will accept a small pet in select smoking accommodation for a daily fee of $25.00 up to a 3 day maximum..

SHOPPING
The gift shop is located off the Main Lobby and is open Monday to Sunday with abbreviated hours on weekends and holidays. Gifts, souvenirs, tobacco, lottery sales, specialty items, newspapers and magazines are available.

Destination Marketing Fee 3% – Provincial Tourism Levy 4% – Goods and Services Tax (GST) 5%.

WAKE UP CALLS
