The Ramada Hotel Downtown Calgary has a standard cancellation policy of 4:00PM on the day of arrival. A 72 hour cancellation policy is imposed during peak travel periods including, but not limited to, June Oil Show dates and during the Calgary Stampede. Advance purchase sell plans are non refundable unless otherwise noted in terms of booking at time of reservation. Negotiated group contracts, including FIT travel are subject to 30 and 60 day cancellation policies. Our reservations agent will confirm your cancellation policy at the time of booking. Unless otherwise instructed, a 1 night charge will be imposed for late cancellation and/or for failure to show while the Hotel holds a guaranteed reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check–in time is 3:00PM. Should your arrival be earlier in the day, we will make every effort to allocate a room to you at that time. Check – out time is at 11:00AM on the day of departure. If you require an extension, please contact the Front Desk on the day of departure. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and are pleased to offer complimentary luggage storage.

Foreign Exchange Currency
The Front Desk is available to convert US dollars to Canadian Dollars at competitive rates. Guests wishing to exchange larger amounts are best served by area banks who will offer exact exchange rates daily.
Located on the 2nd Level, keycard entry will allow access daily on a 24 hour basis.
The Housekeeping Department extends a warm welcome and endeavors always to make your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience.
Guest rooms are serviced from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., after the 3rd night of your stay. During these hours, room attendants will enter each room needing service. Should you need a towel refresh or garbage removal, this can be requested at anytime during your stay. A “do not disturb” card is available for the doorknob. Outside of housekeeping hours, the Front Desk will do their very best to accommodate any special request you may have.
Housekeeping will be pleased to help if you require towels, ionizers, iron and ironing boards, blankets, pillows, playpens or cots.

Ice is available on each floor between the elevators with the exception of the 4th floor.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning
Laundry and dry cleaning is available for the same day and overnight. The hours for pick-up are on the laundry form which is located with the bag in your dresser. Please contact the Front Office for pick up or leave in the lobby with our front desk.
There is a Coin Laundry (one washer, one dryer) located inside the Exercise Room on the 2nd floor. Laundry soap and change is available at the Front Desk.

The Ramada Hotel has underground valet parking. Height restrictions apply. Propane vehicles are not accepted. There are many self parking alternatives in the neighborhood; please enquire with the Front Desk. Regular daily fee for registered guest is $23.00 plus tax. One car per room.
To call for your vehicle, press “parkade” on your guest room phone and the attendant will endeavor to have your vehicle ready by the time you enter the parkade.
The Ramada Hotel will accept a small pet in select rooms for a fee of $25.00 per 3 days.
